192.168.0.99 wont load web sight any segustions

the ip adress (192.168.0.99) will not load and ive tried a million times cann some one help also i have 3.0.1 flashing bios how do i change the to 3.0.3 ive tried downloading it off your sight but it wont work nedd emergency help

no i have 3 comp. in my house
im using a crossover cable into the back of my computer it works i use it when i play hao 2 on XBC( xbox connect) it always works wen i do thjat so i thought it would work now . for the record im a complete noob at this sh*t

Try setting your ip address to automatic in your dashboard. Then check and see what ip address it gets. Then use that ip address from now on.
