1959 to 2913 bios update

Hello,

I am wondering how to update my 1959 bios to a 2913 bios. When I boot up my xbox and go into the config live screen it shows all my info and the 1959 build at the top. How exactly do I put the 2913 on? Can I ftp it over? or will I have to do a cd boot option where I have to go thorugh flashbios etc...

I would greately appreciate any assistance in doing this, and sorry if I am asking these questions because I have no clue what to do with the bios stuff.
