getting boot but cr wont glitch no green light, ill remove and resolder everything
Did you power the Xbox on with DVD Eject button (boot Xell) to get your CPU key before building & writing a RGH NAND?

*Don't forget to disconnect the power brick from the console after each NAND write. Leave it unplugged for 30-60 seconds before plugging back in.

Just leave R1R1 open (unbridged). If your QSB upgrade soldering is good, you now have to play with the post out and cpu_rst wire lengths. Maybe lengthen the blue wire to 20-30cm (wrapping excess wire around x-clamp) and connect the yellow wire to the 5cm pad on the post out QSB. Gradually shorten the blue wire 1cm at a time until boot time improves.

the postfix adaptor only goes connected to in 2 resistors right ?
The post fix adapter provides a signal path (simulating different lengths of wire with traces under the PCB solder mask) to the XCGPU pin where POST codes can be "lifted" by the Coolrunner CPLD.

It is soldered to two capacitors which act as an anchor point and are not a functional part of the QSB itself AFAIK.

Double check your soldering, preferably with a multimeter. If all is good, connect your NAND kit to the PC, format the NAND, and write the ECC again. Disconnect power brick from console, wait 30-60 seconds, reconnect power. Boot with DVD eject. If it's still not booting, shorten yellow wire and connect to 5cm on post out QSB, lengthen blue wire and gradually shorten it until bootup time is consistent.
