RGH 1TB Hard Drive (Noob)

Sorry for this stupid thread but i need help from the masters.

Ok i have a RGH dual nand with stock 120gb HD

Got myself a 1TB 2.5 sata today (internal)

Problem:
I formatted via M$ dash with no problems and was trying to transfer all the data from the 120gb to the 1TB.

Xport360 will not find the 1TB drive and xploder only shows partition1.

The 120gb HD has around 30gb free and i can't backup to pc as i only have 60gb free of memory on there.

So im looking to transfer all data from the 120gb to the 1TB and was looking how/whats the best way to do this.

Sorry if i sound like a noob but hope you can help me out.

I take it yer using the TB for rgh side?? if so then bang it in yer console
connect 120gb to pc and in quantities ya wish just ftp the files over to TB

Heavy Smoker just put your 1TB HDD in a xbox 360 HDD case and use HDD transfer cable and FS3.

Im running 1 tb external, fsd and 320 int, only keep updates and extra content on int. Go with Alexander_1333 says, with fsd i have found it easy to ftp content. plus i have 5 box's runnin in the house and ftp and or carry the external around is a must for me.
