Bought a 2.6 CE chip to mod my 1.6 Xbox. followed the guides here and fitted and flashed it all ok and installed XBMC. It was working fine until i decided to put the new 5035 bios on. Looks like it was a bad flash or corrupt bios.
Now the box does the frag thing
Turns on, green light on eject button, turns off
Turns on, green light on eject button then off
On and green light flashes green/red with no display
I've tried both banks and still same. With Chip disabled the XBox boots fine into MS dashboard.It won't even boot from Slayers or AIO discs either.
I've checked all solder points just in case and all ok, like i say it was working fine before i started to tinker
Is the only way to fix this to buy a programmer and wipe the flash and start again?
