Ok I decide to make a little TUT on how to fix your xbox when it frags with chip off.
?My xbox frags when chip is off.?
1. Make Sure Hud is lock. Even if don't have a bigger HD in it still has to be lock- You can do so by loading up FlashBio 3.0.3/or Slayers Disc(One of them)+For LIve too.
2. Make Sure you have xboxdash.xbe it your c:/ Folder
?I put a bigger Hard Drive in and it says Needs service.?
1. Make sure it is formatted. The easy way I did was by poping in my Slayers 2.6 disk. You Chose "Rebuild&Format HD" or something like that.
?I installed the chip and it don't work?
1. If you did the Pin Header/wire install make sure you have no briges(no solder toching anything put that pin/wire) Pull make sure it's tight when pulled on.
?I flashed my chip but it still says FlashBio 3.0.3/3.0.1?
1. Switch the bank you flashed the bio on.
?What Bio Should I use. AS of July/12/2005?
1.M8+ or X2 5035 (Don't Use any BFM ones)
?How I install a Bigger Hard Drive?
1.Put in your new HD and pop in slayers disc
You Chose "Rebuild&Format HD"
