I installed an Xecuter 2.6 on my friends 1.6. I used the pcb board to rebuild the lpc. I tested all the voltages on the chip and they all seem to be working(all correct). The chip is flashed with the m8 1.6 bios.

it doesnt boot up sometimes but then when i get it working, i cant get it to do the same thing(non-boot) untill the power is off of it for a while ten it will not boot anymore. It works and then sometimes it doesnt. I dont understand why it wont work but then it will. can it be a bad soldering point? Maybe the D0 wire is not sodered correctly ad thne sometimes it doenst make contact? it seems to be soldered correctly but is that a possability?

WHen it frags, nothing comes up on the screen. It boots fine when the chip is dsiabled.

any help or advice would be helpful

A bad D0 point will not result in a frag. The problem is a solder joint elsewhere or your connection between your switches and wires.
