i had a spare mod lying around so i decided to throw it in my friends xbox. problem is that the system turns on with the chip enabled and i know that its because of my hd cables that it doesnt show on the screen, but its also not ejecting. The system turns on and after a few seconds the light turns solid orange, but nothing happens when i push a button. I dont remember the flashbios vers but i do remember that it had the selections of flash from hdd, flash from cd, lock hdd, unlock hdd... just those four so i know its not 3.03. The original install had a loose wire so it fragged and i fixed it no problems, but just wanted to know if this was normal actions of a uncompatible flashbios or not.
