2.6 on a v1.5 d0 gray wire?

This is my first time posting here. I bought a 2.6 2 days ago and am trying to install it on a v1.5 I think. It is definitly not a v1.6. I followed the tutorial for the x3 that said it would be the same for a 2.6 but the install is done on a v1.6. When I get to the part to install the red green and grey wire I can't find the d0 for the grey because the board are not the same. I saw another picture showing the d0 on the opposite side from the other two. Is this correct and if so it looks very difficult to solder. Could someone please enlighten me? Look at the X3/2.6 install guides and you'll see two links - one for a 1.0-1.5 install and one for a 1.6.

Read the correct one and follow the tutorial.

Hitachi with 1.51 - How to play new Kinect game store copy?

I have a 360 with an Hitachi drive flashed with iXtreme 1.51. I recently purchased a Kinect for my kids and when I try to play the game that's included with it, it tells me it can't play it and that I need to update my 360. Can I go ahead and install the update that's on the disc? Will this allow me to play all the newer game copies as well?

The update is just for the Dashboard and you will be fine playing original games on your console, BUT if you make back-ups of any of the neww AP 2.5 games it will NOT play them.

So yes Update, BUT don't play any Back-ups of Need 4 Speed, Fable 3, AC: Brotherhood, or any other AP 2.5 copies.
