2.6 on v1.6 reset/eject adapter problem

Hi guys I am totally new to modding and I have aversion 1.6 and am installing a xecuter 2.6. Im using the folloowing tutorial http://teamxecuter.entryhost.com/x3ce.pdf

It is all straight forward until i get to the step where I install reset/eject adaptor. The problem is that didnt come with my kit. IS there a way to install without this?

X2.6 does not have a reset eject, you should have the following:
LPC rebuild board
5V red single wire
Red/Grey/Green wire
pin header
Chip
switchbank
Black wire (switchbank to Chip)
Wire multi install.

Makke sure you turn the chip around as it fits the opposite way to the X3

Thanks I have all that. So now I just plug everything in? I completed everything up to that step and put the motherboard back in. thanks for helping a noob

Yep plug it in the right way and you should be OK
