Hey, i currently have an Xecuter 2.6 installed on my box, now lets say i want to install an xecuter 3 chip, i wire installed my 2.6 chip, could i just get the 3 chip, and plug it in, w/ out soldering? just prety much replace the chip by unpluging, then pluging in? then flashing?

No. I dont think you can.
You should do a serch for more info before you do anything else.
I know the X3 uses more pins in the LPC port holes so I would have to think you are going to have to add some more wires.
I installed the X3 with the pin header so I dont know about the wire install but it wouls seem you would need to add some more wires to the LPC.
Check it out and do a serch just in case.

Yeah just pull the 2.6 off the pinheader and slip the x3 on. u need to do the hdd,lan,d0 wires and thats it.

All I was thinking was that when I went from the X2.2 to the X3 I had to add 4 more pins to the pin header to fill the LPC port and I was thinking that if you did the wire install the X3 would make use of the other 4 holes that the X2.2 did not use.
Now I know you dont need it.

i HAVE to do the lan wires *comaplains like a little kid* wahahhhh, they need to make adapters for that kinda stuff... BOO!

Hey, i was thinking about modding my 360 ..such as flashing it. and i am totally neww to this, and i do not know what kinda drive i have or what SATA means like ive read the beginig forum.
And can iRead a fourm that said you can send your xbox to someone on this site and they will mod it for you.
is that deal still around? and when or if i do get my 360 flashed i wanna do some cod waw mods. and, is it hard to do all this stuff.

Yes you can find the the threads for modding services nearer the bottom of the site.
Getting your console flashed does not allow you to mod COD, that is the Jtag hack. Flashing your console allows your to play backup games.
