- pin header install (have touched up 3 or 4 times now)
- 2.6CE flashed with FlashBIOS3.0.3/4983 (also tried new chip with both FlashBIOS 3.0.1 and 3.0.3)
- all pins showing correct voltage
- boots fine with chip off (clock is reset after failed chip boot)
I'm no n00b at this... I've done 20+ boxes without an issue and even repaired 3 or 4 for people...
pin 2 and 12 have continuity (both ground) but I've found that sometimes 2 and 6 will have it for a few secs, then it goes away... then 6 and 12 will have it, then go away... then all 3 will have it, then go away (all with the power unplugged)
should pins 2/6 or pins 6/12 EVER have continuity?!?!
any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
