2.6ce bios query

after connecting the xecuter 2.6ce with adapt3r should i have a different bios screen when i bootup or do i need to flash a bios first, i read that the 2.6ce is preflashed with a bios,does this mean i dont have to flash it, i want to install dashboard and play backups etc, and if i need to flash a bios is it possible to ftp it as my burner isnt workin

it comes pre-flashed with flashbios

flashbios allows you to flash another hacked bios to the chip and play backups, boot hacked dashes and all kinds of stuff
