2 blue & 1 red LED help!

When I power up the XBOX I get 2 blue leds and 1 red led. The eject flashes mostly orange and green, and sometimes red and green. The switch stays red...

please help out i gotta version 1.6 xbox with xecuter 3 CE

check your solder points aound the pinheader(asuming that you used a pinheader).

at first i toasted some points on hte rebuild so i took the rebuild off im just doing the alternate install...but yea my pins look fine

does your xbox frag without the chip? if so you'll have to fix the damage to the mb first. If it doesn't then most likely your install

yup, doesn't sound too good. FRAO (Flashing Red And Orange) indicates either solder spill / broken traces, or A/V not plugged in. Go over all points where you have soldered with a magnifying glass and look for broken traces. You may also want to use a multimeter and measure the voltage on your pins (you used a pinheader, right?) That might give you some hints on where to look. The guide for checking the voltage is here. If you have a version 1.6(b) the voltage on pin 1 (LCLK) is supposed to be 1.6. Good luck.
