hey everyone, so im running the M28 drive and am getting two errors

The first is when trying to create the boot drive while using IPrep...do everything as it says in the guide and at about 80% i get an error that says something like "The drive is not ready for use' its door may be open. Please check drive A: and make sure that a disk is inserted that the drive door is closed" even though im using drive D: which is my flash USB. i hit continue and it finishes fine.

the second error is while doing iDump. it says 1 file written and then i get this "Error! File Backup\serial\serial\origin.bin does not exist.

any ideas?

ok so a bit of an update, i fixed the problem with I prep...now the only problem lies when i try to dump... I have tried the sata cable in all 3 ports of the card...i get the same thing each time...Both machines are off...i turn 360 and pc on at same time, the usb boots up and i get a c: prompt... then i plug in the 360 to the sata cable and begin the following

C:\> iDump 1234567 12345 (example)
Directory already exists
Directory already exists
MTKFlash by Josep bla bla bla
please wait...
No Drive Detected

Samtool V0.7i by caster420
-- -----------------------------------------------------------------
Error File Backups\1234567\12345\origin.bin does not exists! Aborted!

C: (now the text is red)

i tried to even flash and it still says that the drive cannot be found...is it the 360 it isnt finding? my sata card seems to be installed fine cause windows has detected it and drivers have been installed.

it is a Via Raid Controller - 3249
