2 Questions on the usage of SX Pro

Hi, I am new to here and waiting for my purchased SX pro shipping to my hand, I have a few questions on SX Pro.

1. Can I play my genuine digital game copy and using the game cheat that SX OS provided?
2. Can I install other Nintendo 3rd party tools such as "Checkpoint" or others on SX OS?
