2 Questions. [PSP]

Alright.

1). I have a V1.51 Firmware US PSP and have the American Verson of wipEout Pure. Now my question on this is how do I go about using the browser that is built into the game to surf the net? Someone provide some links to instructions maybe?

2). And on many different PSP sites, I am seeing different colored PSP HomePage Colors, you know, where you go to settings, photos etc. I've seen Yellow, Red, Blue, White and Green. My PSP came with green. Does anyone know how to change the background color?

2). The color changes every month. As of right now there is no way to change it manually without changing the date on the PSP.
