2.After BUILD 14699 glitch image i got 14699 dash also..but after this whenever i power on my console i got 2 red light rings( D1&D2)..is it a overheating problem i have to fix it again? or anything new problem of my rgh install...?:frown:

What's your secondary error code?
This

did you say lights 1 and 2 are on, not 1 and 3?

If so, it's not overheating. How did you write your NAND image?
....and this!

Does it post 2RROD instantly or does the dashboard boot and run for a minute then post 2RROD? If the latter, check that the fan spinning and it if isn't make sure it's plugged in :)
See the OP's quote below, boots fine into XeLL, but instant RRoD when trying to load freeboot.

Instant 2red lights black screen but boot well into xell no redlights
@ the op, as Martin has said, what's the secondary error code?

The 2 LEDs highlighted in that image are 1 & 3, not 1 & 2 as you said earlier. It will have a secondary error code if those 2 are flashing.

Are you holding the sync button and pressing eject? Instant 2RL means there is no (or poor) contact between the CPU & heatsink, so make sure it is securely attached with sufficuent thermal paste (not too much though). If it runs for a short time then turns off with 2RL it is overheating, again, same applies, make sure both heatsinks are securely attached and that there is sufficient thermal paste.

I had the same problem with my console. Try rebuilding the image with 360 multibuilder and make sure you flash with a hardware nand flasher, not rawflash.

In your Nand
I believe Martin C made a good point about NOT grabbing the mother from the Heat Sink when removing the mobo from the metal cage.
