I was gonna bid on them but wondered if anyone knows this person or not!
He does have good feedback, seems good offers to me!

Uh... you want to know what I thinK? I suspect this auction will be shutdown soon, because that is illegal. What does he mean by, "No Pirated Software?" If he's got those games on the HDD... there are no if's, and's, or but's about it: it's piracy! Unless the XBox comes with ALL those games on DVD, then it's illegal. You can bid if you like, but I would suspect that's gonna get shut down.

Exactly what I thought but I think I am gonna bid anyways! could do with the games and sell Xbox on!

It does state that theres no pirated software on sale but does anyone actually believe that ?

it's just creative wording " there is no pirated software on sale" technically that could mean your paying for the xbox and the pirated software comes with it for free... if it was totally legal he'd have to throw in all those xbox game discs...
