Good Evening All,

I am wondering if I can get some help on this issue... Been reading support all night and working on this.

First TX Coolrunner installed (Slim) went perfect.
Cracked open Falcon unit (16MB Nand).

Using Nand-X & QSB, TX Coolrunner and QSB...
Nand read 3x all went well except for Bad Block (Error 250 reading 018E. Havent figured out how to remap just yet, but unless I'm wrong that's not effecting anything. I did read the tut on Bad Block remapping and attempted but not sure if it worked.

Now The Falcon - The Coolrunner red light on steady. Green light beeps on and off about every 5-7sec. Wiring is good.. Followed Tut to the Letter. Flash ecc image with no errors, and recycled 45sec. Boots but no Xell. Tried with and without DVD drive.

Same issue on Zephyr. No boot to Xell. So on each I can't get the CPU key. I tried adding capacitor that comes packaged, but still nothing. I tried waiting over 3 mins, but nothing, I also tried moving wires alittle (Blue Wire) kept away from area in tutorial, but still no boot to xell.

At this point I can't get the CPUkey to go farther. I know all about the slow boot times with with both types of boards, but I tried rebooting over and over, shutting down and unplugging, restarting, nothing works. Can someone lend me a hand.

Additional info: Using JTag Tool latest version, and 360 Flash Dump Tool V0.97, and 360 Multi Builder v0.7. Also Dashboard on both are Latest Dashboard, which I updated first before I began

I had a falcon last night that was giving me trouble I eventually got it going good by pressing the power button then moving the A and D wires on bottom Blue and Green I believe and it booted when I moved them to a good spot then i left them. I had the motherboard out of metal cage obviously when I was doing that I used tape to hold wires once I got them where I wanted them.

1. Unless you have a bad block between 0x0 and 0x50, do NOT mess about with them.

2. The fact that all three consoles you're having problems with are all phat may not be coincidence. Pics of soldering, wiring locations etc. Anything you think may be useful.
