2005-30-07 xbox with Samsung RAM - 1.6 OR 1.6b???

I am trying to identify the version of my new xbox. It has an MFG date of 2005-30-07 but has Samsung ram. Is this a 1.6 or 1.6b?

Samsung is just 1.6

Hynix is 1.6B

1.6 installs are the same, the bios flashed are the same. X3_3294_v16plus.bin
FlashBIOS compability is the only difference.
