RGH 256 jasper with broken soldering point

hello evryone :)

im try to fix this jasper and nothing works for me yet
so maby you some idies

FOR NOW the xbox turning on and after 10 sec flashing 3 red lights (after re write original nand back)

somthing weird -when i flash the nand its says bad block at 0XB68 and not 0x16d like the nand healer..

another thing -when i try now to read back the nand its stuck at 0xb68
like the pic below:

what that i have:

*2 nand dumps of 64 Mb that matches with bad block at 0x16d

nandhealer 76
multibuilder 83

what did i tried to do:
*flash original nand back -like i said flashing 3 red lights

*flash xell . wont flashing green light on coolrunner but
wont flashing red lights in front pannel either

*switch to another coolrunner

*switch to diffrent wires

*wiring in diffrent ways


IMPORTANT thing:

the point of the cpu pll baypass was soldiered out but i fixed this with this tutorial

turned the chip off -yes (prg mode)
even tried to remove all his wires.. (with original nand)
problem not solved. flashing red lights.

its not in the "wrong place" ,its alternative point for the 3v3 and it helped me with other rgh`s. but never mind , i tried both points as you can see in the soldiering. nothing changes.. :(
