O.K first the east one I did something to bios2913 setting cause when I boot up my box the picture is all distoted and sideways you can't even see it.I don't recall changing anything but clearly I must have done something.Is there some way to set 2913 back to default without actually looking at it??
2-here's where I get kinda lucky I happen to own 2 yes TWO Xecuter 3 with one minor difference between them X3-A has the conector for the D0 lan etc facing down to the MOBO where as X3-B has the connectors facing outwards towards the walls so to speak ANYWAYS here's the deal I got X3-A working beautifully I got banks1-4=Build1959 and banks 5-8Build2913 als is well now with the other chip the X3B I tried to do the same thing 1959 works GREAT and 2913 is NOT as per question#1 above To make matters worse the 256k backup is not working either the backup on this chip has never been used yet won't won't load and upon trying to reflash the backup it says"please remove flash protection and try again" even though the flash protect IS OFF
So now to draw this "NOVEL" I've written to and end let me just ask WHAT DO I DO? Not worry cause I have not only A backup bios but also a fully flashed and funcional backup chip, OR should I TRY to reslove this isue? I would preffer A resolution but whatever you think. I would really just like to get build 2913 reset on this then I should be fine. THANX in advance for your time guys
