I have a 1.6 xbox, and a 2.6ce xecuter chip. I've checked pins 9 and 15 about a million times, but the 3.3v light wont turn on, and the chip isn't powering up at all. Any suggestions?
Get a multimeter and check the voltages. It may be a simple case of reconnecting the cable between the switch and the chip - if it's not connected properly, the chip won't enable.
