Hey Guys. I am in the process of doing my first demon install and am having a few issues.

These are the details first.
-- Coolrunner Rev A
-- Demon Slim
-- Xbox Trinity Slim.

Ok, I installed the demon and everything seemed to be ok but the issues that I see is that the demon nand at times wont boot and just show a red dot. I turn it off after it gives me red dots and try to glitch it again. When it finally glitches it shrinks my 1080p output and brings it to 480p. Is that even possible?? Or could it be my TV?

I then check the xbox nand side and it also goes back to 480p. I have to manually change it back to 1080p on both nands.

As we speak it isn't doing the problem anymore but am wondering why it may have happened. The motherboard is not in the case right now btw.

Update--- The xbox was glitching fine and it stopped and shows me a red dot. If i turn it off right after and switch to the xbox nand it will put the xbox dash back to the 480p setting... after a few more resets on the demon nand it glitched on the demon side and is on 1080p

If it's not obvious that images of your demon install are necessary, you shouldn't be installing it in the first place.

Bearing in mind you lifted a resistor when installing the Sonus, I would advise following the advice on the card which accompanied the DemoN and getting someone to sort this out for you.

All I was asking was if anyone has heard of this issue. Yes I do understand that images do help. You can't get better at something without trying. I will try to borrow a camera to take pics as my iphone won't have the proper resolution to even be worth taking.

Learning to solder is something you should have done before even attempting the DemoN. It says so on the card.

There is NO support given for people who can't solder - plain and simple. If you chose to ignore the advice given on the card, that's your business.

Closed. Do NOT ask for help on the DemoN again or it will just be deleted.
