no one is there in my city to help me out.
i checked with my multimeter and found no prob here

Based on the fact your console powers on, I would be inclined to agree. What resistance are you getting from R4B24?

Are you also able to check the values of the NAND-x points using my sticky?

as per your nandx voltage
point 1=0.01v
point 2=3.3v
point 3=0v
point 4=0v
point 5=3v
point 6=0v

points 1 and 3 should be around 1v. Getting nothing means you either damaged the traces with bad soldering or you've blown the SPI part of the southbridge.

I would suggest NOW is a good time to get it to someone.

in city also there is no console repair shop.
I am computer engineer so i can do few stuffs by myself

If you've still got the stock NAND on there still (as in NEVER flashed with anything), then I think any fix for NAND-x connections would be academic. Best option here is to either bin, sell as faulty or use for soldering practice as it's something you really need! Count it as a loss and move on.

Computer engineers aren't the same as electronic engineers. You could be a Juggler at the local Circus and have better electronics knowledge than a computer engineer.
