1. My console boots about 90% of the time, when it fails does it do any damage?
2.my dash was originally 13599 and afterwards i booted into 14699 ?
3.along with how my dash got to 14699 how do i get avatars to work without ruining my fsd and dashlaunch

No damage just a miss.

To get avatars you must install official ms update on nxe for your current dash. If you have prohibited your console to not find system updates you must rename system update to $$ystemupdate.

Download the official system update from microsoft, rename the folder to $$ystemupdate. And you good to go for your avatars. All will be fine with dash launch and fsd
