Sounds like you might need to resolder pins 13 14 15.
I think he flashed the wrong bios. If he could flash at all that means his solder was good.

what ver xbox do you have and what bios did you flash?

Well I was able to flash to my x3 but I had the same problem, resolder the 13 and 14 pins and I had video again. I think those are the I2C pins the x3 bios specifically controls.

Crap, I already suggested you try holding the power+ eject button in the other post you made. Did you try switching to bank 2 then trying FlashBIOS (power + eject?)

-Not sure if that'll help but it's worth a shot.

I think you have to slow down a little. Have you figured out what ver xbox you have yet?

I'm assuming it's a ver 1.0 - 1.5 because I think you've booted of the backup bios...

How many times have you messed with your dip switches on the front of the xbox?

What banks have you flashed to?

Try this... and go slow.

Get to a flash bios screen. You've done this before so... do it again.

Once you get the screen up set your dip switches on the front of the Xbox to on, on, off, off, off

Then use the http option to flash the 3029 bios... not the 3029_ver1.6_plus or the 3108_ver1.6_plus or any other crap. Make sure you have the 3029 for ver 1.0 to 1.5...

Now that you have the right bios... go take a break, get a coke and a smile and come back later...

Ok, now check again that you have the right bios... now check your dip switches again...

Ok, flash it and see what happens.

Tell us if it worked.

A little problem with the logic there Catalyst, just because he can get to the backup Bios does NOT measn he has a 1.0-1.5 Xbox, it simply means he does not have a 1.6b.

So please do NOT rule out the X3 3108v16plus Bios UNLESS you have verified exactly what version you have!
