Ok I just flashed my 1.6 xbox with 'X3 3294 v16plus.bin' now it simply hangs at the 'x' logo with 'xecuter rox my box' written at the bottom of the screen and does not boot my chosen dashboard.
I've tried holding down the white button to get up config live so I can change the .xbe boot order but it does't load either!
I've gone back to the cromwell FlashBios screen and tried to flash again. This time the green progress bar only went 1/4 of the way accross - so I swithched it off and tried again and now Flash Bios tells me 'bad bios halting!'
I have tried to flash the bios from the hdd and from disc. I have 3 years experience with xbox modchips so I know I'm not making noobish mistakes, but this has me pretty confused.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
