I just wanted to know if the 3294 build recognizes the extra 64mb of RAM that can be installed on the motherboard, and if so does it utilize it in any way. ;)

The X3 BIOS is as feature complete as it needs to be, there are no major bugs in the code; Therefore there is little need for a release. If there is one it will probably be minor.

I believe the x3 chip will recognise the increased RAM as will any dashboard but very few programs will actually use the extra RAM. I could be wrong but I think I read somewhere that one of the mame emulators will actually use the extra RAM but I wouldn't consider that being worthwhile for the cost of the upgrade.

Only thing that I can think of is the password bug.

Its not a bug, its a feature to enable users to master the art of bios flashing...

I think the best solution is for people to research on here before they go anywhere near enabling features they do not understand.

Well any way I'm fine with the bios as it is now, I have never used passwords nor will I ever as I see no need to do so.
I've just read numerous posts about people have problems with it but you're probably right, read and learn. :)
