ANSWERED 360 flashdump tool 0.97

i can`t get 360 flashdump 0.97 to work i can open the program then it says it has encountered a problem and has to close.Tried it on two different computers.

tried to run as admin and no luck,tried turning off my anti-virus no luck,is there another program i can use instead?

Might need to run as admin.

Also make sure you've got NET framework installed and Python. My netbook refused to run this properly until I installed python manually.

try it on another pc? what os are you running?

tried on windows xp and windows 7 on two different pc installed python net framework 4 and still no luck

try downloading it from another source. maybe that one is bad.

I believe flashdump needs .Net framework 2.0 to work. Not sure, but you can't lose if you install .Net 2.0, 3.0,4.0,...
That got to be your problem.
There are a lot of strange programs but flashdump never seem one of them

i have .net 4.0, on two different computers and python a suggested before,also got flashdump from 3 different sources and no go.............

Are you running 32 bit. I have no issues with any of my programs running with 32 bit win 7 and the correct drivers installed.

it says flashdump tool has stopped working,windows is checking for a solution to the problem

Having the .NET framework 4.0 doesn't mean you have the 2.0 or that the 4.0 replaces the 3.0 and the 2.0
You must have them all installed. 2.0, 3.0, 4.0. It's not like a normal program that you just download the last version and you're done. So install the 2.0 and the 3.0 and report back

hold on - does it not open at all or just crashing when you open a NAND?

it opens but when i load either of my two nanddumps and hit open it crashes

Sounds like bad nand dump. You sure its good?

i know my soldering is good because i have soldered tones of times and i checked my points with my multimeter
