Do i have to cut one of these ? If yes, which one ?
Cut the ends of the cables topside picture. Solder those to the points on the mobo, check the jrunner images/pictures for your type console how to do that.

Read your NAND!

THEN you install. But once again, please do read all the tutorials you can find about it, it has been said so many times, why you just don't do that??! I'm serious, why?! What is the difference if you read how to do it here or when you read it in the professional tutorials???

Ok listen, I can understand all this can be very overwhelming. Myself, I'm certainly NOT a pro, but I did read all the necessary tutorials and have done many installs now.

But to answer your post above:

Jrunner PDF (how to install wires to read NAND etc) is from a-z
Slim proto v1 v2 install guide is from a-z
indentify your corona and how to install postfix adapter is a-z

Actually all of them are from a-z

What I mean is, stop rushing into this and take some time to read it from a-z. First start with jrunner PDF, try understand the way It works etc. Untill you feel comfy with that and understand it a but better, then read the proto guide. Repeat this Untill you could do it without these guides. Memorize it and then of course use the guides the moment you finally start soldering. Take your time, I have the feeling you can't see the forest because the trees are in the way.

If I were you I would stop for atleast a few days and just read as many tuts as you can before you even touch a chip or soldering iron. Like xzanox said it is overwhelming and there is that much information here around on the site that even a few days of reading will improve your knowledge and your ability to proceed with a rgh.
