it's black screen 0022. I didn't remap the bad blocks

i tried nandpro usb: -w16 orig.bin but still 3rl

It had two red lights last month and fixed it with rrod repair kit pro II

It was working before I dump it. I was able to upgrade the dashboard to 7371 before I made the dump.

Opening my orig.bin with 360 Flash Dump Tool, it's 2BL[CB] 1903

the center light of the ROL just blink for 30seconds or so then 3rl

gpu heatsink is hotter than the cpu heatsink

:( I was so close to homebrews :(

Did your original NAND dump contain any bad blocks ?

I got Error: 202 Programming on block 11 and 12 when I was doing
w16 xbr.bin

I think I also got those bad blacks when i was dumping my orig.bin
I don't think its nice that you got Error while reading Block 11 and 12, infact, I would say its pretty bad.

The first 50 blocks are the most vital blocks in the NAND. If there is even a bit of information change in these blocks, your Xbox360 probably won't work.

Anyways, there's still hope. Just like flashing360 said, try remapping your original NAND, write it back to your console, and see if it works.

By the way, did you try to boot XeLL through the eject key ?

Quote from modmonster's tutorial:

Bad Blocks in the nand

If Degraded shows you some bad blocks, you will have to move the blocks from your xbr.bin to where they are remapped.

You can also use these tools:

NAND Compare and Reconstruction Tool v1.2 - With 256/512 Jasper Support Download: here

and also... Bad Block Remapper

If you want to do it manually, you have to do this:
  • Take the picture above as example.
  • It says: Note : Block 0x2CE found at 0x3F8
  • This is where the bad block 0x2CE was remapped.
  • nandpro xbr.bin: -r16 block2ce.bin 2ce 1 (Reads block 0x02CE and saves as block2ce.bin)
  • nandpro xbr.bin: -w16 block2ce.bin 3f8 1 (Write block2ce.bin to 0x3f8 where block is remapped)
  • You will have to do this for each block.
  • Here is the "formula":
  • nandpro xbr.bin -r16 blockXXX.bin XXX 1 (Where XXX is the bad block number)
  • nandpro xbr.bin -w16 blockXXX.bin YYY 1 (Where YYY is the address where block is found in degraded)
=====================================

Try to remap your NAND and see if it works then.

Yes and it's 3rl when I boot to Xell using eject.

Could you point me to a good tut on how to remap? what apps to use. I tried Bad Block Remover but got an error when running it. Where is the degraded located in xbin?

I got the nandcompare but I don't know how to use it. It's not there in that tut or I'm just blind.

I have unhandled win32 exception when I load my orig.bin in Degraded 1.1 and 1.1b

any other tools that I could use to check where my bad blocks are?

how do I use nandcompare?

Yes. You can use XNANDHealer GUI to chack and fix them.
