Hi, got a bit of a problem here I got myself a Xbox 360 Jasper date 04/09 updated the dash to 2.0.7371, dumped 3 successfuls nands with no errors using Nand-X ,wrote Xell to it turned it off for a min(pulled power cable out) it wouldn't boot up so wrote back one of the good nands and now have 3rrod lights ,checked all my wiring seems to be all good so now stumped on what the problem could be ,help would be much appreciated

any secondary error codes, these will help, there is a chance it could be a good old rrod.

Although Jtag doesn't matter when booting to the original dash, but try putting the Jtag QSB switch at OFF position, then try to boot the Xbox360. Also, since you have 3 good NAND images, you could also try to write another one of those 3 and see if they may work.

Might be a bin job, cant get the codes as I cant sync the controller, tried all the good nands don't think I will able to fix this prolly done about 30 successful jtags bound to have a dud one sooner or later ,oh well as they say sh*t happens

Since when you need a controller to get a RROD code? Sync button + eject button 4 times. In addition, so long the console it self has RROD from GPU/southbridge etc issues then it surely can be restored.

Ah ok the error code I got was 0022 -GPU Error / GPU Overheating, surely this wouldn't have overheating issues as it was working fine before the jtag and didnt think the jaspers had heating issues

Is it possible that soldering can be a cause of RROD? I mean, when heating the points, is there a slight chance a RROD can be caused of that?

Check your soldering for shorts. Have you put your nand wires in correctly or are you using QSB?

Your 3rl is probably a nand issue. Have you wrote the correct nand back? What program did you use to do your nand reading?

I just need to clarify one more thing, you state that you dumped the NAND 3 times without errors. Do you mean there were no errors during the reading of the NAND or you actually compared all 3 dumps via nandcompare to make sure there are no mismatching blocks?

Bad blocks? In an original NAND that is dumped error free and 0 mismatching blocks!!! Highly unlikely ..
