UPDATE: For those of you who sent consoles in for repair/rework that were delivered here in the last week or so. If you haven't heard from me with a update it is because I am waiting on some supplies, specifically replacement chip's. I should have them any day now. Because they come from China shipping is a bit slow, especially due to the holiday. Please accept my apology for any inconvenience.

Additionally, for those of you who called me of Christmas day, seriously? For those of you who called me on Christmas day at 11PM at night, really???

I would like to Thankyou Alex for helping me with the updates for my RGH1 Jasper console I purchased from You back in Sept, this is Dec I needed help and without delay you came thru.

I can't tell you how much that means to a person that even after several months of completing a purchase that you are still there for help my new dash is awesome and thanks for the detailed explainations on how to install each one of the updates, including answering all my newbie questions.

By far you've gone above and beyond and I want to say thanks. You will always have me for a customer.

Bought two RGH xbox from Alex, one was a Microsoft refurbish which failed but Alex didn't hesitate to replace it.Now I have two working boxes thanks to Alex.I know for sure I will be doing business with him in the future .He always answer my email and that to me is professional.Thanks again Alex

I recently Purchased a RGH'd Jasper Elite Console from Alex. I am Kind of New to this and wasn't sure on what to get, he answered all of my questions perfectly and with professionalism, and I ended up buying a Jasper. It runs great with great boot time and runs and executes codes fast and i have had no problem with it at all in the 2 weeks I've had it, Thanks !!

I just recently purchased a Gears of War 3 RGH/Dual NAND setup from Alex. I have 2 distinct things to say about him from this experience:

1. THIS MAN IS AMAZING - To begin with, he actually allowed me to place a deposit on the Xbox (Due to some money issues around Xmas time), until I could pay it off. What really earned all of my respect for him was that he went the extra mile for me, and wanted to make sure that as a customer, I was extremely happy with my purchase (Which I still am).

2. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, EMAIL HIM! -
While placing the order, I had to email Alex multiple times to get information about what I was buying, and usually within a 12 hour period, I'd have an answer that would go above and beyond answering my question.

Also, I can safely say that he has some of the best solder work I've ever seen . Once I get the money, I will definitely be buying from him again, and Recomending him to all of my friends and fraternity brothers should they be looking for a RROD repair or an Modded system
