I emailed Alex about an hour after he made the post on here to email him with the specific subject line. I still haven't heard anything back yet. I'm at the point now where I just want my console back. I'll take my business elsewhere.

First of all to everyone saying that Alex does not reply, I would check your own email servers first. I have sent many messages to Alex and have received a reply within a couple of hours at most. I know he doesn't just sit there waiting for email. He is very busy with his work load and don't forget about having a family and a life. Some times it may take longer to get a reply, but always have received a reply to any question that I may have asked. Well enough about that. I recently sent Alex a hard to glitch Corona V1. This is my second console I have had done. I went all out on this one. Demon,CR3 Pro, Sonus with external header,ROL Mod,LTU Pcb, and full QSB's. Alex even fixed at no charge the DVD drive which was found to have a broken piece of plastic causing the drive not to stay open.He keeps in constant contact throughout the process from start to finish. Received the console back and all I have to say is WOW. I am absolutely amazed with the quality of his work. I have only had it for a day, but have not had it glitch more than 2 times to boot. 95% of the time it is an instant boot. You also receive a disc with nand backups, CPU and DVD keys, instructions on how to operate everything installed, and a Rater printout if CR3 Pro is installed. If you want quality work done at excellent prices, feel free to contact Alex. You will not be disappointed. Thank You. I look forward to have more work done.

Alex,

I have contacted you several times over the past month about my Falcon that was delivered to you on February 11th to be re-balled and after well over 20 texts and emails, I still have heard no word on it beyond one response from you that you would check on it over a week ago without any word. Can you please tell me what's going on?

I understand life may be busy and delays happen, as I have stated in numerous emails, but as someone being paid to provide a service for a customer, some amount of communication with the customer is expected if delays are going to make the service take longer than expected as proper business practice. A reball takes a few hours from what I've heard; my console has now been in your possession for 34 days with nothing but a one line text three weeks after delivery and a one line email a week ago.

I see that many have had very pleasant experiences with you but it seems that I, unfortunately, am one of the customers that has nothing but a sour taste in my mouth and am afraid that I am getting duped and will never see my console again. I'm hoping that this can be resolved and that I will find that all of the other extremely positive reviews are not completely unfounded.

Awaiting further word. Thanks.

I just sent him a email, today around 3.30PM but I know he must have a dozen emails to go through so I can wait I just hope he can help me with my problem.

Ok I just shot you a pm I have 3 consoles that need to be repaired the title of the email says "Urgent! Please help". Anyway thank you for responding. And if they get repaired, I will like to have them rgh well only 2 of them.

Edit: Have you received my E'mail yet? I don't want to sound like a pest but looking at the pictures I sent you or whatever something is going on with my xboxs and it seems strange to me I'm a little scared that it cannot be repaired. This is for a customer of mine and since his on vacation I guess I have bought me some time:p I also made a ticket on your site.

Had Alex perform work on 4 slims over the past month. One had the 16D5S that had to have the PCB board changed and RGH'd to get the key. Had two slims just have the 16D4S drives unlocked and flashed and lastly my favorite had the last slim modded. Alex was a pleasure to email with. He answers very fast and knows his stuff. Received all Xbox's back within a week, so he turns your work around lightning fast. I highly recommend his work....

Great Service ... Fixed the E64 in my XENON, and install JTAG!!!. I have my xbox working perfectly since January.
