Hi everybody, I've been trying to convert a WD5000lpvx drive for my nephews stock xbox360.
I've run hddhackr from dos (proper dos, not promt) with two different 500 hddss.bin files and the drives are been flashed because the device names are changing ( the hddss file from wnyconsoles comes up with st500 which I think is a Seagate, an the other files converts it to a hitachi drive) but when I put it into my stock xbox360 theres no storage device found!!!
The only other thing I can think of trying is put it in my rgh console and format it in that and see what happens or will this do more harm than good?
I've googled loads but don't know what else to try.
Just wondered if anybody can think of anything I'm not doing?
It was gonna be an xmas pressy (yeah I know its leaving it late!!), I've flashed a couple of 120 wd drives before an it went like clockwork.
