Hello, Ive soldered my CR4 XL, my Xecuter Demon, the big block upgrade kit and the QSB's to my 512mb BB Jasper. I have two good reads from a different nand reader by the name of BlackcatUSB, but turns out it didn't have the capabilities to write back to the nand so I decided to get the DemoN since it was only 10 more than the JR Programmer. Anyways I've soldered everything correctly to the best of my knowledge and will post pics. The CR4 pulses it's green light for about a minute or two then gives me 3 blinking red lights. I checked the error code and it's error code 4422. I will also post my read as well. Also, I have since removed the IPEX cable and resoldered the Blue wire to the CPU_RST point under the x-clamp.

It looks like the standby_clk qsb point is coming off the qsb, which could cause your system to get this error on r-jtag+

Does the system boot from the stock nand?

Alright I see the Standby_clk is a little fried looking but I can get continuity from the little black capacitor(?) on the motherboard to the black capacitor on the QSB so I think that point is good. I have the jtag alt qsb set at 330 ohms, I have it set to on and have the other switch in the middle. and the blue(SRB) wire on the demon is solidly in place. Not broken what so ever. Like I said I think all of my soldering is good, it's just not glitching. I've heard somewhere that jaspers can be stubborn to glitch? Is that necessarily true? I haven't been able to test stock nand. WHich wires from the demon and CR4 do I have to remove to be able to test stock nand?

With the demon installed, you only need to turn off the blue light by hitting the button, and as long as you have the stock dump on the stock nand, it should boot. if it gives RROD then you have damaged the console.

Okay i have a question about J-Runner then. When in J-runner I select GLitch2 and select CR4, but should I be selecting JTAG and tick Aud_clamp and R-Jtag?

I'm assuming that it just requires a couple different solder points? and how do I set it up in jrunner?

it should boot stock by turning off the demon , yes you should choose Aud_clamp option if you used it , on the Aud_clamp qsb you have three settings right is off , middle is 470, left is 330 , if you have jumper on 330 the switch should be left

Actually it won't boot into stock unless I remove the 5v off the CR4. I have changed the wires to RGH2+ and still no dice. I'm not getting any error codes anymore idt it just won't glitch. How long should I wait to let it glitch? i removed the bridge on the aud-clamp qsb and changed it to 470 ohms and set the switch to the middle. none of my DIPS are on. In j runner there are two different settings I've been using. glitch2 set to CR4 and J-Tag with aud clamp and R-jtag selected. so if I use glitch 2 i can't use aud_clamp? I feel it has something to do with my cpu_reset and the j-runner settings.

Yeah I guess you are right. Right now I'm trying to find someone in my area to help me out but I'm not having any luck, but maybe the pro can help me out.

Yeah I just looked it up and yeah makes since why i couldn't boot stock without removing 5 volt. i've connected cr_en to both the demon and CR4 and now can boot stock nand no problem but still no xell
