So should I wire the CR4 for JTAG+ or RGH2+? should I try the alt cpu_rst? The green light flashes on the cr4 when on demon nand with it flashed with Glitch 2 CR4.

that is because the demon has a 16MB nand, and you are attempting to write a 66MB file to it. Before you can run a retail nand from demon you will need to get your CPUkey and use xebuild to create a new retail nand. Did you install the BB conversion qsb?

yes i have installed the conversion qsb which is the thin PCB that goes from one side of the demon to the other? I have no problems writing or reading the nands and i have successfully updated the firmware of the demon to 1.4. I guess my only problem is the actual R-jtag+/RGH2+ set up. Wire lengths or wire paths or solder points are messed up and preventing me from glitching into xell.

Is there anything I can post picture or file wise to help out? Any suggestions on who to talk to or how to get this done quicker or right? I've litterally spent the whole day working on it.

This install has defeated me for atleast today. there is not much information about bigblock jasper demon installs with the problems I'm having. or none that I can find. it's really frustrating me. atleast i have retail nand working glad to still have a working xbox. just a pity though that after all this time and money still don't have an Freestyle dash xbox.

install the bb qsb, and write an ecc for a 16mb jasper to the demon nand. it should boot. The qsb should have come with the demon. once you have the cpu_key, create a 16MB jasper jtag image and write that to the demon.

is that correct for J-runner? and with that setting I'm still not booting xell. the debus led flashed about 6 or so times and then stopped flashing. Is that normal?
