Bad connection to the point by the Hana chip if. It was the CPU bypass it would boot but give Ann error code (atleast that's what it did for me)

From what I've heard, it has to be the point next to the HANA. Either you burned/lifted the trace, or the wire is touching another contact point. If it's the second one, try de soldering the wire again and cutting the exposed part down.

a short anywhere could cause no power situations but it is most likely to be the hana point. martin c has posted excellent refrence photo's and voltages for testing the points of the nandx here http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77908 and to test the hana point just set your multimeter to ohms and check for continuity between the hana point and the right side of the adjacent resistor, you want to see continuity here, also check between the hana point and the tiny point to the left of it, you do not wantto be seeing continuity here.

On STBY_CLK trim the exposed wire down a bit and come in at an angle, or use the alt point on the bottom of the board.

definitely looks bridged.
