RGH 6751 - 2 weeks and ready to throw out window

so ive been reading and reading, i have a 512 jasper with 6751, no boot, tried all the stuff i've found to no avail. Could someone post or explain how to put the caps in paralell and the different places to try them. i can get the coolrunner light flashing with multi 2.0 and writing it with jtag tool, moved the wires, tried the wires loose, held away from the board, checked my soldering many times. oh and right now i have the cap between A and ground, does it matter the length of the legs on the cap?

Mine sometimes boots within 10 seconds sometimes doesn't glitches at all so here is what i do (I know its a dirty way) if it does not glitches first time remove all the wires including video cable wait for 30 seconds plug it again (remove power cable from back of console) and when you turn on the console pull out the monitor power cable and plug it again and it glitches successfully.I know this is a really weird theory but somehow it works for me maybe someone can connect whats happening that it glitches when i remove the cable and plug it again.

What version of NandPro are you using to flash the ecc image?
I recommend you to use 360 Multi Builder 0.4 (or 0.2 but not 0.3 which is bugged) to generate the ecc and NandPro 2.0e to flash it.This combination worked for me, I had similar problems with my Jasper 512 MB and 6751 CB using NandPro 2.0b, green led of my Coolrunner blinked every 5 seconds but it didn't boot into Xell.

I used multi builder 0.2 tonight and the Jasper 512mb with cb 6751 booted right up, I was able to recover the key with little to no problems at all. I did not use any extra caps, I just ran the wires in the correct spot and it booted fine, I got the DVD key that was lost just like I needed. So don't give up it does work, just check your wiring and your cool runner programing to make sure you put the correct file on it, and that all yours wires are in the correct spots.
