So I installed the cr and the nandx and rgh my jasper 512 model and everything went great. I never installed the 68nf capacitor cause i wanted to see how it would run without it. When install was fresh it booted up in under 45 seconds, so i decited to install the cap. to speed up boot times. I installed it the correct way and the console would boot up fast, under 5 seconds every time, but it would freeze either at 360 logo or where you sign in. So i adjusted the 68nf cap. so it was connected to PLL_BYPASS and the ground wire that was connected to the 360 case. This fixed the slow boot times and freezing issue.
