8 Controller ports

What games are going to be playable with 8 people on ONE screen? 4 is a good number - imagine how small the split screens would need to be if you had 8 player Halo 2 on one Xbox?

To have 8 players simultaneously one one Xbox would require far greater processer power than currently available. Even with a 128MB 1.4Ghz Upgraded Xbox, the GPU would still suffer.

2 Xboxes would be needed and from what I can see in the picture, that's what you already have

its not my tv but im wondering how you get 7 people on one there are 2 xboxes but that has to be like formated on the tv or something right.

It's probably a picture and picture type of thing. one xbox is connected to the tv, and the other is connected to the vcr

Most large TVs have a dual screen facility - you can have one half of the screen from one input and the other half from another....

He's probably got Xbox #1 in AV1 and Xbox #2 in AV2, then split the screen to show them both.

ive seen something like that before (forgot where)
they made it like a 3d type thing so each person saw 2 screens of them selves but they where different angles it was cool

Martin is right, a buddy of mine has a 60" Sony Widescreen TV and we play 8 Player Mario kart off 2 Cubes... hella fun..

How do you explain 8 different screens on the large TV if it's only 7 players?

There are more than two Xboxes there. 8 players are on the large screen and a 9th (off another Xbox) is on the smaller screen.

It appears that ModderX is right, count how many Radars and Health/Shield Indicators there are total on the big screen. One for each screen, totalling in 7.
