i am able to ftp to my xbox and see all the box drives. i have 1.6 x3 1959v16plus installed. all i need to do now is installed the evox3935 which i have. my problem is:
1) i don't know where to unrar the evox files to. do u just unrar evox3935.rar and ftp everything to the c: thats what i am assumming to do.

anyone please help me out before i messed up something.

oh one more thing..i have the evolutionx build 3935.rar, with evoxm7.bin. is this bios ok for my xbox's spec. if not which one do i need.

evoxm7.bin = BAD BAD BAD. You've got 1959_v16plus running, it's the best for your setup.

As for Installing EVOX, yea, just unrar and FTP to your C:

Of course I have to add the editorial comment of.. EVOX, ARE YOU MAD, GO AVALAUNCH!

quote: "Of course I have to add the editorial comment of.. EVOX, ARE YOU MAD, GO AVALAUNCH!" lol.. guessed i am u see i've ben on 10hrs. shift and screaming kicking my box damm: can't ftp, cursing at it and all, but im cool now.

back to work again! ok so, all i do is to ftp over to the xbox my evox.ini, default.xbe, skin folder, and my bios folder, correct? or not. i follow this guides.
http://evox.xboxhackz.net/bothelp/Guides/instevox.htm
since i don't need the evoxm7.bin files, i deleted them, and now my bios folder is empty.
1). so i just go ahead and transfer to xbox c:? w/o the bios.
2). how is the evoxdash going to load. i thought you have to have a bios for the evox, will putting m8plus16 in the bios folder ok when i ftp it to c:
3). then what?
please be patience am almost through j0siah. where u ben.

1) You already have a bios loaded the 1959_v16plus. It mkes it possible to run evox
2) you can tell x3config live which dash to run.
3) A dash is JUST a menuing system allowing you to run any games you have backed up to the hard drive or other apps you've installed to the HD. I'd suggest also getting and installing DVD2XBOX (for backing up games to the HD) DVD_X2 (for playing DVDs) and XBMC (for playing and streaming media of all different types). Beyond that it's just about the games.
4) MAKE SURE you understand what the evox.ini has things set up as, and what it all means.

He made the refference because he has preferences to :) And theres nothing wrong with posting your opinion, as long as you're helping out also.
