9199 to 12625 problems

Hey guys i am having some trouble with this xenon. I dont have the original nand, i just have a working 9199 image. in flash tools i can decrypt the nand, so the cpu key is correct, but when I try to make a freeboot image I get this(picture attached) and when i flash the image on(flash360 or nandx) it boots to a black screen, but will boot to xell. Any Ideas?

ok just read that part missed that bit your saying it has fb 9199 dash can you boot to that dash..

yeah. 9199 dash boots up fine with no problems.

Ok then problem solved i presume you have XeXmenu on it then yes

yeah I have xex menu on it. I just wanted the kinect dash.

Use Flash360 put it on a USB stick go to XeXmenu find the USB0 / Flash360/ Default.xex and dump your nand for starters..

I have already done that the flashdmp image is what i have been trying to make the 12625 image from.

Using cool shrimp Jtag tool open it select your console type & your SMC Points enter your CPU key click Create FB...open flashdmp.bin if you get any errors then the CPU key is wrong more then likely recheck your key in Xell.

ill check the cpu key again, but the thing is in 360 flash tool, the cpu key i have now decrypted the 9199 nand dump. Not sure how that could happen.

You are going wrong somewhere buddy and i think its with your CPU key been entered wrong or you have it down wrong you have to be 110% sure its right or its no dice...maybe you entered the dvd key lol iv seen it happen if your getting errors its wrong

checked the key. feel like such an idiot. the reason it worked in flash360 is because it actually had the correct key. must have missed a letter or something.
gosh i feel like an idiot.

lol no problem it happens buddy at least you had the since to not carry on and flash the nand like some have done...
