LITEON DG-16D4S - SLIM 9504 post 13599 is now 0225, will not play games after LT 3.0 flash

So I have a trinity with a drive labeled 9504. It shows in JF as 0225. I dumped the firmware, unlocked the drive, and wrote 3.0. I kept getting "write verify failed". I thought maybe the kamikaze failed so I used a new drive and flashed it with 3.0, no write failed, and it finished the flash. But, when I put the new drive in, same problem. "Play DVD" when I put an original game in. Backups do not work either. I have attached the dummy.bin and here is the JF log.

Edit: If it makes a difference, by backups not working, they say "Play Game" but the icon does not show up. When you push play it goes to a black screen and straight back to the dashboard.

This might help but I found mass errors on X360USB pro 2 update 20.1 and jf 1.94 everything freezes.

Writes fine with fat not slim selected but also write verified failed most times with kamakazI hack on this particular board I had and must have right 225 firmware. Lt 225 worked fine but 225U failed

Thanks for the reply. I found that the issue was JF was auto loading the 0225u instead of just the regular 0225 firmware. I manually loaded the 0225 firmware and now everything works fine. So if anyone else is having issues, double check your log to see what JF is loading.
