but future updates have to at least check the spi status of 9504/0272 pcbs
so if it fails with a tx pcb 13599 it's gonna fail again for future updates.
or
are the spi status locked the same for tx pcb and stock pcb?
if so
why did it fail for 13599 with a tx pcb?
think I'll have to start my own thread on this sometime lol
and tx pcbs are software locked and hardware locked.
Think it will function but previously flash to stock fw. We will sure when will have a new update..

You are missing the point here buddy..

From 13146 to 13599 M$ wanted to lock the PCB of the 9504/0272.

We couldn't leave the TX PCB unlocked so it was advised to put orig PCB in for update.

Now we have updated and have a modded PCB with a locked SPi we should be ok but always revert to stock FW and lock SPi before any update ;)

the spi lock status are different though on a tx pcb and stock pcb as to lock a tx pcb MS style would render it useless pending a kamikarzee or sputnik.
so when the future dash update checks the tx pcb spi wether it on stock fw or not it will see a difference and possibly flag?
