A couple flashing problems...

I'm working on repairing an X3 chip this guy installed on his 1.0 system.

The soldering job visually is very clean and it will boot to flashbios. Initially i could boot flashbios 3.0.3 to the 1st 1mb bank. I flashed X3 3294.bin. It powers on once green light goes off after a couple seconds and then it powers down. I booted to the backup bios and attempted to flash flashbios 3.03 and 3.00 to restore it. It then boots 3 times then frags green red. I attempted to flash 3294 again it goes back to the green light then shutting down sequence.

I removed the chip completely to reseat it and a small L.E.D fell off. It was under the spot on the chip reading 3.3v. I'm not sure if this problem is connected to that and if the L.E.D needs to be attached for it to boot a flashed bios properly. Even though it fell off it reacts the the same way to flash attempts. I'm thinking that perhaps the L.E.D. was never attached fully or the guy damaged it when he installed it and that it is a needed component.

With the chip off or by holding power i can boot the TSOP. And i can always get the backup bios no matter what i do. I have a feeling i'm getting bios's in but they cannot execute properly. Please help asap

Thanks

Somewhere
For the 3.3v light to light up, there has to be a complete connection from the pins to it, from the light it goes to the chip, so if it falls off I'm guessing the chip will be missing 3.3v and that might effect it in some way.

I took the chance and made the connection where the LED fell off but it is reacting the same.
