A FEW BIOS WORRIES===PLZ HELP

i have a possible 1.6b (phillips drive, samsung chips) with a x2.6
i flashed bank 1 with evox M8_16 BIOS
It now it hangs at dash (only with chip enabled ) i also get a red EVOX sheild in the top left of dash :?:

MY WORRIES ARE: :?
if 1.6b problems are only with hylinx chips then i might not have a 'b' box?!
i have read that evox m8 bios should only be flashed to BANK 2 because of hang ups, so maybe this is my prob??!!

if i do flash BANK2 and the same problem arises WTF do i do to reflash my chip again, i wont have any more banks left.???!!!

just one more thing: if i put a BIOS disk in will the EVOX M8 bios flash the chip from the disk or is that only a luxury of a CROMWELL FLASHBIOS ??

Not yet banned HDD

Hi guys iv got a xbox 360 that's flashed and hasn't been banned yet (not been online for last couple of months)

i bought another xbox 360 original if i use the not yet banned HDD on my new xbox will my new console be banned?

and by using i mean adding on my future gamerscore's from my flashed xbox

As long as your other xbox isn't banned then yes. Everytime you connect to xbox live it does the ban check, if something isn't write about your xbox it then bans you. You can play your backups on your modded box and then put it on your non-modded box and update your GS on live, not a problem.

but i read somewhere that i might have been "flagged" if i was online before the bans.....just to make sure me using my flashed xboxs hdd (not banned yet) and putting it on my original xbox 360 to update my gamer scores wont get me banned?
