Hey alright, i got the X3 installed and i have the X3 BIOS up an running. The only problem i have encountered is that every time i want to get on XBL i have to boot up the box, choose to boot w/o mod enabled, then go into the advanced options and enable my PPPOE connection, becuase if i dont for some reason when i try to sign on XBL it says it is having connection problems. I dont know if it is safe to turn on the auto sign in option again (i turned it off while installing just in case cuz i didnt want to get banned from XBL). Is it safe to turn on the auto sign on option again as long as i hold down the power button longer as to disable it.

You are a bit confussed.

The XBL auto sign in that you are talking about is when you are booted up with the Xecuter bios.

When you boot with the M$ bios (chip is red) none of your X3CL settings matter.

DO NOT TURN OFF THE XBL SIGN IN PROTECTION ON YOUR X3CL.

That is just my advice.

If you were to sign in to Live! with your chip turned on (Xecuter logo blue) you would be banned almost instantly.

With the chip logo red, you can sign on to Live! and do anything that the XBOX was meant to do. But, you cannot run backups, change your X3 bios settings, etc. It will basically be a stock XBOX.

The sign in protection within the X3 bios is to protect you from accidently signing on to Live! with the chip turned on and banning yourself. With that said, don't do it intentionally.
